We’ve created a blank H&M label template with an extra space for you to calculate what the cost of your shopping would’ve been if the living wage had been granted to the garment workers who made your clothes.
Download this image and have a go at calculating the cost for yourself! Make sure you take pictures of your modified label and be sure to tag H&M, Clean Clothes Campaign and ourselves of course (@turnaroundhm on instagram) on social media.
Even better, attempt some local shop dropping! Why not try replacing the standard H&M labels with your modified labels with the ‘real’ cost of of the garment included on the price tag. We’ve even included the pdf version of the fake job advertisement so feel free to distribute it at your ease!
Do however make sure you gain permission first if you are planning to carry out shop dropping within H&M stores!
